Wich Ram DDR4 Corsair c16 3200 vs Ripjaw 3600

So I'm going to upgrade my ram but I'm not too sure which one to go with should I go with the corsair vengeance Rbg pro c16 3200 or with ripjaw 3600 any help appreciated

intel core i7 4810mq vs ryzen 3 4300u

Gonna trade for one of these PC's which one is better and why? I was thinking ryzen 3 but idk anything about it.

Also one of them has a one terabyte the other one is a 256 gb I do need space but I rather have the SSD if anything lol
