Hello. i just installed the sims 4 again and downloaded cc for the game. i added the mod folder and put it in the sims 4 folder. everything was unzipped. i booted up the sims and there was no pop up, and no cc. i tried checking and unchecking the ingame boxes, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, rebooting my computer, and i dont have that cache file that everyone is talking about that i have to delete. ive searched google and reddit for an answer and i have yet to find one.
