We were told to no longer touch exceptions or other walks until a tl gives express permission
Essentialy we all must stay on auto select until a tl messages you in work vivo to select another commodity. The weird part we dont have issues with people skipping walks everyone pulls their weight and helps with all commodities and its usually always done on time. This email only went up because our AM tl is such and extreme micro manager that all associates open doored her and obviously the coaches took the tls side. I cant wait to see this play out.

Ev in the heat
How are yalls vans holding up? I drive in the Phoenix area and its over 110 all week and i have to spend my lunch at a super charger or I wont make it through the day. Today i drained the battery both routes. Hoping for a new van soon because we still have the OG 2021 ford and its about to hit 100k miles.

How did I get here?
Apparently my entire claims/recieving team called out and I was the lucky winner to replace them. Ive been in opd for 6 yearsish and last time I recieved a truck was in like the dino ages of recieving. Its been fun telling vendors have at it and just make sure i get your invoices. So far all the vendors have been super sweet and nice walking me through their checklists. Plus nice to refresh my skills
