Hyvee Barcodes?!

Has anybody shopped a hyvee order recently and had the cashier refuse to scan the barcode for you? Today a cashier said he didn't need to scan it because it didn't do anything, and it actually messed up the store's own system. I asked him to please just scan it anyway, and he pretended to scan it. It didn't make a sound, so I said I could tell it didn't scan, and he finally actually scanned it. Wtf is that about?!

Can somebody explain why tf AR matters?!

If my customers are happy, and I definitely know how to shop an order, whyyyy does acceptance rate matter?!

I understand the completion rate being an issue, I need to get better about checking before I accept high pay offers, but at this point I feel like there should be an option to only do shop and deliver orders. I'm sick of getting petty $2-3 fast food orders.

I'm certain I'll catch some slack for this but I'm simply just not going to take an order for $2.

32 items... $14

I got an order today, and I should have taken a screenshot, but it was for 32 items, $14, like a 5 mile delivery. Sounds fine with me, except every one of those 32 items was cases of water or soda. Where am I supposed to put that?! And is $14 really worth it to lug all that? God forbid they had stairs, it would have certainly been late. The next order I got after I unassigned was for a whole freaking smoker from Home Depot. Couldn't fit it in my car and got docked AGAIN for unassigning. The people at DD making decisions for how orders are assigned should have to dash for at least a month before they have that position.
