Should I use my own hair as extensions or just wait it out?
2 years ago I went to the barber for a “short trim”, and he made the top of my hair super short compared to the sides and back (he took some hair out the sides too but not as bad as the top). I’ve had my locs for 5 and a half months now, but the front keeps either unraveling or breaking. Should I find someone who can take some hair from the back and attach it to the front or just wait it out and get a regular retwist? I’m worried that any form of extensions might just slip and come out, especially since my hair is softer in the front and my parts are smaller up there. I also sweat a lot too and have to wash my hair every 1-2 weeks to avoid constant dandruff, which causes the unraveling
