So my cat is 14 years old close to 15!

She's always been very shy and a nervous wreck around strangers and loud noises.

It's been almost a year of me cleaning her up and making sure she's healthy but i feel like she needs a professional do a bath and a nail clipping for her.

But she gets really stressed at the vet (also the vet usually uses anesthesia before bathing a cat)

The thing is I'm worried that the anesthesia might be too much for her age or could the stress of going to the vet affect her health at all??

Is this a valid concern or am I just paranoid??

My cat is my world to me.
