I'm thinking about keeping 1st year "light" by doing these courses first semester:

CHE 131/133

• BIO 201

+ 2 Intro Honors College courses

• SOC 105 (To fulfill HMS minor)

For reference, I'm a B.A. in Bio in the honors college. I'm planning on using CALC BC + AP Lang to fill the premed prereqs. I have not yet met with an advisor, and would like some advice on my current plan ^_^ I'm also wondering:

- How are intro classes taught (heard there are 1000 people!!)? Does it matter which professor I get, or do all of them take turns teaching? Which profs do you recommend?

- Do I need to squeeze BIO LAB and CHEM LAB into my first semester schedule too? Are there courses where lab is built into the class? Or is lab always a separate thing from the class?

For premeds, do you need to take objective 152 or is objective 129/131 enough to satisfy premed prereqs? I don't plan on doing heavy chem classes and Im a B.A. in Biology
