What symptoms did you have before u went into labour? FTM here

Any tips of going into labour naturally? I have tried things but idk why irs not happening! 40.4 weeks now very depressed😭

How painful was a membrane sweep? Im 40.4 weeks so past my due date, was wondering if its worth trying it?
