After I received rotten chicken (previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/FuckZepto/s/WxPmrDcKyt ), I raised an issue with customer support and requested for a callback. The customer service rep called me from 2 secs and disconnected it before I could receive it and immediately closed the ticket saying that I was not available.

Update: Roshni Tiwari finally called back and disconnected on my fckin face before resolving the issue

When I opened the packet and tried chopping, the chicken was stinking a lil bit because it was still frozen but I tried chopping, the stink became stronger and when I checked the packet, the product was a week beyond expiry date.

I barely get 30mins to cook, and eat my lunch while I work. Now because of these mfkers, I can't cook and have to work with a hungry stomach and eat my lunch in the evening, I'm so fckin furious.

Fyi, I created the account just to rant about this.
