What are my chances?
Recently I’ve had the worst time of my life - utterly run down emotionally and physically. So stressed I’ve been physically ill.
Suddenly I had a cold sore come up out of nowhere (I’ve never had one before) and then a blister on my bits… just what I needed.
I’ve been in a committed relationship for over 8 months and told him immediately, but my question really is this
Apparently the first outbreak is supposed to be the worst, but mine is one tiny blister on each place.
I’ve also not been looking after myself physically and mentally recently at all. If I tried hard again and went back to everything I did before, what are my chances of avoiding another breakout altogether?
Feel so resigned to a life of misery that this hasn’t even bothered me as much as I thought it would 🤣
