Fellow Capo Issues
I have been following consistent reports that a fellow recently inducted Capo has been abusing their power to seemingly abuse Soldatos for no good reason. Even for non insubordination they are forced to suffer severe punishment. I’ve debated what to do about this as a capo myself, should I kill them? Or otherwise.
