Recently purchased the Act IV tab book

I recently discovered that Sheet Happens has a book for ACT IV, and then I purchased the tab book because I was curious on how accurate it is. Most of it is pretty solid, like the chords and most rhythms. The bass part has some wrong notes in The Squeaky Wheel, At The End of The Earth is written out with a capo on 1 but it’s never written out anywhere, and The solo for Is There Anybody Here? Is sloppy in how it’s written out, there seems like there are easier ways to play that solo and it doesn’t seem like that would’ve been how it was actually played for the record? But I could be totally wrong on that one.
Those are just some things I’ve noticed from skimming the book, I think it’s a great resource to work with, especially with the GP files for the wind/string sections!
I feel I can rest well because )correct me if I’m wrong) purchasing these books supports the band so that’s a plus side. I don’t know what kind of time crunch the transcribers were on making this but I wish they didn’t overlook a few of these things
I do have 9 other books from them, Thank You Scientist (Guitar and Bass), and Good Tiger (Guitar), and they’re not awful, but the TYS ones do have some fingering, rhythm, and note mistakes, so they’re all over the place. This one isn’t too bad, but it definetly isn’t the best sadly.

I’m going to try to annotate the book to make it more accurate to play. If anyone is considering purchasing this, I wouldn’t say you shouldn’t but at least be aware that it’s not the most consistent thing. (I don’t know how late I am but seeing as Act IV came out in 2015 this is probably a 10 year old book 😭)

I am thankful there is a book out there atleast though! Have a good day!

I will probably adjust him as time goes on but this is an initial build for him, might need to give him 10 euro though.
