Did everything myself apart from the in-wall plumbing. Made some mistakes and learned a lot along the way but pretty pleased with the result. Now I just need to add some decorative flair to make it warmer. Any suggestions?
Hi all, I recently had 2 in wall mixers fitted to replace the old taps in my bath and shower. I did most of the prep work to save some $$$. He did a good job and I’m not unhappy with the bill, but the breakdown is 1 hour labour and $270.41 + GST for “materials”. All he used was a bit of pipe and some crimp connectors. How much do they cost?
I’ve been hunting for a cheap PEX crimp/compression tool, but I can’t find anybody local who stocks them. Even the very pricey cordless ones seem to be few and far between. Who stocks them?
