Im truly disappointed in the BuyMeACoffee team, I received this email in the image attached. However, as someone who doesn’t get many donations I tend to leave my account build on its own so I don’t check the emails or app often. The email stated I had to fill out some quick information but it never stated that my account would be permanently deactivated. I have funds in there I’m waiting on what the support team will say in response to me acquiring my funds.

For record the questionnaire asked me where I get my funds, and to provide a screenshot.

That’s not really information that I feel is necessary for permanent termination or at least 1-2 follow up emails stating the consequence for not providing information. As the work I do is on the app as well as the channel name to find my direct content that isn’t private.

The email states that this is appealable however after contacting customer service they told me this was permanent. I would appreciate transparency as iI don’t believe that it’s a permanent ban seemingly other people on threads have been unbanned.
