I'm applying for University of Alabama as an international student. I have a decent status expect my gpa. I have 1500 SAT, IELTS 8.0 tons of decent EC's + certificates and Recommendatory. I also did good enough essay that express my leadership and hard times; however my gpa is awful 2.3 gpa. I picked hard subjects in high-school Physic, chemistry and computer etc.
Is there a chance that I could get Presidential scholarship base on my profile. I know I can't get presidential elite scholarship.
