How many are jumping on the SR900 out of the gate? Who is going to wait and purchase later? Lastly who is sticking with the SR800 and will roast until their unit dies or will go with one of the new mods that are being developed?

I currently fit in the latter group. I like my SR800 with Razzo extension + Artisan. I might go with one of the new mods that allow it to automatically follow a profile at some point or I might eventually go with the SR900 once all the kinks are worked out. It’s a great time to be a home roaster no matter what.
