Failed exam

Took the exam today and I failed with BT/BT/T. I had scored in the mid 70s for all practice exams on study hall, took an in person training class, and all mini quizzes were 80+. I was listed as in the 80th percentile for SH and I felt really confident.

Test came around and it was nothing like study hall whatsoever. None of the questions on study hall I felt like prepared me for the exam. I had 8+ choose 2 or more multiple choice answers as well.

I’m feeling pretty defeated so I probably won’t look at this sub for a while but hope to try again before the new exam.

Good luck to everyone else

Took the exam today, had a blip in internet. Freaking out

I took the exam from home today and with 5 questions left of the final section and about 20 minutes on the clock, my internet had a blip (of course it did, why wouldn't it) and took me offline for a moment. I don't know if I lost connection to the proctor because the camera was on and recording still and then when i got connection back (1-2 minutes, longest of my life) I was able to finish the exam. I could barely focus after it because I was freaking out but luckily only 5 questions left.

I see that PMI says my exam was completed, and I checked with Pearson Vue and they said everything was submitted correctly... I am unsure if I am super lucky or if this happens? Anyone have any similar stories to help my nerves?

Day before exam, tips?

I have my exam tomorrow morning and was wondering how much I should study or review?

I feel confident with my study hall questions and exams (1: 72, 2:73, 3:76, and 5:64) and overall 75% for all other quizzes and practice questions. But I can’t help feeling nervous.

I don’t want to over study or complicate things. However, I want to be prepared. What are your thoughts?

Still nervous - Exam on Tuesday

I seem to be doing well enough on study hall and overall understanding. but I still struggle with some concepts. I'm reviewing and I am reading each answer and explanation of all that I missed or had medium or low understanding of (even if i got the answer right).

Are there any tips to help build the confidence? I'm going to do practice exam 4 tomorrow and 5 on Sunday and hoping to stay in the 70s or higher.

Thanks

Average study hall experience

I am convinced that expert questions are not derived from logic and that PMI moves the goalpost of what their definitions of "correct" are
