The Panba Party continues going strong as C9 secure their spot at Osaka for Panba's first international appearance in nearly two years (SI 2025). For the others on the roster, this will be their first S-tier appearance for all of them.

Nuers had an impressive 19 kill Border but even that wasn't enough to secure the map as he fell off hard with the rest of his team on Villa. Cloud 9 secures their Major spot and plays the winner of SR and 100T in the UB Finals. DZ will fight SSG in a do-or-die match for a Major spot.

Pro-Canadian people, pls give your thoughts as to why he should stay over a more competent IGL?

As of currently, siege.gg have him for 3rd worst KD in the league this season so we clearly know that he can’t shoot back, so his only value proposition is his IGL skills. Even that is not working. So please, I need to hear the 4D chess that I’m not seeing in keeping Canadian.

Please please go watch the new dbno video it was genuinely one of the best informational videos I have seen about siege esport as a whole. For years and years I thought siege would always be capped as an esport because of the complexity of the game, but the reality is league of legends is arguably just as complex and is on top of the esports world. I truly believe that the game of siege itself can sell and blow up, but to do so we need to see some major changes. Below I put a list of major changes that of course will take time and funding, but with time I could see our esport right at the top.

- more aggressive sponsorship strategy
- top down view for casters to capture more kills(only 4-5 kills are captured in a round rather than all)
- experiment with shorter rounds leading to quicker action
- removing half time timeout
- opening siege should be much quicker for rehosts/crashes
- more competitive tournaments similar to cs( during majors and si siege boosts up but dies right back down because there is 4-5 big off-seasons in a year.
- smaller map pool
- partner system rework, either all 10 teams in a region have partner so it’s less risky for top orgs to invest. Or 3-4 teams get partner so there is plenty of teams to compete. Right now teams can just avoid relegation simply because they are partner, that makes no sense.
- content!!!!!! Why is the siege pro league account on twitter and YouTube barely posting anything and expecting people to be interested year round. Build player personalities that viewers can follow rather than purely siege ability.
- change regional stages(why do we need 2 months for some bo1s)
- make the esports tab and live games more noticeable within the actual siege lobby.

The most obvious counter to pretty much all of this is simply funds. In terms of purely siege esports budget then yes I agree it would be almost impossible for these things to happen. But in terms of Ubisoft, siege is a major revenue generating game, adding more esports budget could definitely be optimal. Siege has had around 30 million unique annual players they generate a tone of money hypothetically adding 5-10 million more into esport could be an amazing investment. I love talking siege and let me know your thoughts on things I missed or topic I said that you agree or disagree with.

Ambi and Surf being toxic and tea bagging when 4-2 up on Map 1 just to sell a 6-3 lead was an amazing start. And then they end up losing their map pick 7-3 which made my night. The SR fanbase being in absolute shambles is a sight to behold. If they lose tomorrow and miss Osaka I will get drunk on Saturday night for a celebration. Also fuck Supr and especially fuck Nyx 😭✌️
