I am trying to get support to figure out why the internet for my street has been going in and out all week. We had a prolonged outage on Monday, a short one on Tuesday, and now a prolonged one today. Since the network upgrades, the service has been spotty to say the least. My wife works from home, and this is also my only primary week to work from home all year, and it has been frustrating. We are now using a Verizon hotspot to get our work done. Please advise what is causing all these issues when historically we have had pretty rock-solid  service.
