Veneered MDF Ideas

Veneered MDF Ideas

I got two 4x8 sheets of for 40$ off of a buddy who does cabinets and custom jobs. It has been sitting in my garage for a month now and im trying to figure out what I should make with it. Its heavy as fuck but I was thinking some shop furniture would be good. Any ideas would be helpful. Due to the cost I really dont mind experimenting with it because it was so damn cheap. At this point I just want to make something with it because its taking up so much space and again its HEAVY so moving it around as a full sheet is a pain in the ass.

I’m in the market for a Belt Sander, I’ve been looking at the Jet 16/32 and of course the woodworking gods have placed what I think is a good deal on my plate. A jet contractor table saw on marketplace that’s literally 3 miles away from me. I’m currently using a dewalt Jobsite, I have a one car garage I use a shop. Currently remodeling it, insulating and putting up plywood walls. Would love to get a real saw in there but also think the sander would be a good addition. What do you guys thing would be a good move? My jobsite saw is perfectly fine, I’ve upgraded th fence have stock guides and it cuts true, just think that it’s a little small for the future of my journey into woodwork.
