Hi, I am mom for 4 months old boy, staying Gurgaon with husband. I will start going office after two months after mat leaves ends so have to start the process of hiring/ interviewing nanny. We prefer hiring for 10 to 12 hrs nanny.Fellow moms from your experience please advise what all nanny does? For reference, i have a cooks and maid for cleaning so really need to understand what can i expect nanny to do? Also would be great if you can share your experience and what the salary range in should be prepared for.
