Update: Blu-ray English Dub Subtitles?

Good news! Confirming the Blu-ray edition does fix this problem.
There are 3 settings for English that allow you to have subtitles on as you prefer.
English Subtitles 1 - Only shows up when text on-screen is in Japanese.
English Subtitles 2 - Shows up for both audio and text in Japanese on-screen.
Off - No subtitles
It's not perfect as there is still text you can see that has no translations. For example, when Yachiyo is looking through her rumor book, there are no subtitles (At least in S1E8). Anything important otherwise will have something.
