18 marketing calls in less than 7 weeks... even after a previous formal complaint

Virgin Media have called me eighteen times within the last seven weeks.

Last year they did the same thing and I wrote in a formal complaint, they assured me (by letter) they have removed me from the marketing list. Calls seized temporary and then rose to an average of one call fortnightly. When I receive calls I either ignore the call or I decline if I'm in the middle of something.

Today I'd had enough; "Is this Mr *** speaking please?". My blood boiled. My capillaries widened. I took a deep breath and gave her a reasonably large barrage of anger. Not sure how much of me she understood (another issue in itself), but I think they got the message. I asked for assurance she'd removed me from marketing and she said yes, so I put the phone down.

All this is after them offering the most laughable renewal cost ~£43p/m -> £60p/m, roughly 2 months ago.

I will be leaving when my contract is up in August, these guys are clueless and do not give a shit about the customer. Bunch of money-grabbing tossers.

Thanks for reading.

TLDR: worst broadband company in the UK.
