Wiztree Translation help for Dell G7 17 7790
Dell G7 17 7790
(Using an Acer Portable Screen via HDMI due to my screen being completely gone due to reasons I cannot state here)
C Drive: INTEL(R)_CORE(TM)_I7 (9th Gen) 9750H_CPU_@_2.60GHZ\_C
D Drive: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060
Bought New in like 2021 I beliee- as a gift to myself for getting into Nursing school.
To start with a bit of back story- I've been trying to find a way to save money and not upgrade the memory on my Dell G7 7790 (though it states its a G7 5590 in the account menu- I promise it is not!)
C drive had been in the red for quite a while- then finally got it to 30gb freed up!
My bright idea was to finally reset it (since it seemed it had enough memory to do so) but first- I wanted to back it up- just in case.
OneDrive and Google Drive was used- didn't think much about it and let it run. Came back, checked my C drive- 30mb left!
I fussed around with OneDrive, Google Drive. Found out one of them copies or caches whatever you're backing up- to the same drive, unless you change it! im worried if I reset them ill lose.. something or everything. ( Wiztree is showing 15.5 GB from DriveFS. is it safe to delete or should I transfer it to D drive?)
At this point I'm feeling even more hopeless, so I looked up a way to tell where the heck all these memory issues are coming from: was turned to Wiztree.
Now- issue is I cannot translate what in the world its telling me and what can safely be deleted.
I'm a gamer (Vacationing streamer- due to the pc issue and ending up in a bad spot in my life right now (longer story)) so I kept Steam for now- uninstalled Epic Games Launcher.
I have 2 other laptops I was wondering if I could use (either their rams or drives) for this laptop- but I think that's an issue for another day. Not about to start making a FrankenLaptop..... at the moment.
Also, randomly when I update Intel or Nvidia- the HDMI port wont work (Luckily I have a USB-C to HDMI adapter) until I go into the Nvidia Control Panel to reset the PhysX to Nvidia Processor, instead of auto-select or CPU.
Help, Please?
Also, seems there is a lot of drivers in my device manager as of late. If that could be a reason for the memory issues, please let me know so I can upload a pic of the list.
Thank you in advance!
