there was an autodebit transaction from my account today even though I have no subscriptions and I have not linked any such merchant. I have checked Apple and Google carefully. The merchant is listed as: SHARPWORK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. and when I checked, that merchant was linked to my GCash which I immediately unlinked (you can see in the photos). I also submitted a report to GCash. is there any way to refund the amount? 😭 and how can I be sure that it is safe to use my GCash again because it might link again without me knowing.

there was an autodebit transaction from my account today even though wala akong subscriptions and wala akong nilink na ganung merchant. nacheck ko na ng mabuti yung apple and google. nakalagay na merchant is: SHARPWORK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. and when i checked nakalink nga yung merchant na yun sa gcash ko which naunlink ko na agad (makikita niyo sa photos). nagsubmit na rin ako ng report sa GCash. is there any way na marerefund pa yung amount? 😭 and how can i be sure na safe na uli gamitin yung gcash ko kasi baka maglink uli ng di ko alam.
