Outages and very slow speeds in my area.
I had this issue a few months ago, where the internet drops and goes out completely here in West Salem, Oregon, then comes back 5 min later, and the speeds are horrible, and now it's happening again. I got a hold of someone on here who was able to help, so I thought I'd come here again.
The plan is 500 Mbps, and we're getting only 74mbps at the moment.
I tried getting a hold of someone through the app, but I can't get a hold of anyone.
It would be nice if I could talk to tech support, please. Thanks!
