The Dursleys dropped Harry off at Playcare the moment they found him as they don’t want to keep him.
Harry had a somewhat normal childhood up to age 10, being described to be a somewhat bright child and a nice kid by his councillors. He has few friends, but he’s close to the three kids he’s friends with- Kevin, Joseph and Danielle(HC to be Miss Delight’s name).
In 1990, Harry James Potter was picked as experiment 1207, a monkey toy named Happy Harry that was rejected before it was allowed near children due to parents no longer trusting the gas canisters in the toy.
In 1994, when Harry’s name was drawn out of the Goblet of Fire, no one expected a monkey doll the size of Hagrid that is utterly traumatised and only addressed itself as Happy Harry.

The girl is Simone Parker. She’s one of Theo’s close friends and Proto uses her as food delivery to delay starvation. She’s 13 during the HoJ. The boy next to her is named Charlie and he’s Miss Gracie’s son. He’s 15 during HoJ. When he showed up in the early 2000s to look for his mum, he was promptly locked in Better Place and put on queue to be ‘made better’. This is them in game.

I, (25M) have a bad relationship with my father because he favors my little sister(P, 23?F). Also, to note, my friends and I have been abused by a corporation for profit and we have taken our revenge and seeked freedom. To protect my little sister, I kept her safe and sound for the last ten or so years, creating a Better Place for us two.
Lastly, she left her safe place and followed an associate of our former abusers(I‘ll refer to them as Butcher) down, and Butcher killed a bunch of orphans on the way, including my friend/follower C(23M).
