question regarding blood offerings
before i go on to actually state my question, this is a little heads up for any possible trigger warnings for mentions of self harm, thanks!

apologies if this question isn't appropriate, it's just something that has been playing on my mind.
I am a beginner, very much so, and would like to make strong, deep connections with my chosen infernals.
I have pondered blood offerings quite a bit but I have a nagging anxiety about it because I have a long history of mental health issues and have been clean of self harm for over half a decade now. I am not comfortable using syringes but would still really want to offer up my blood as to me, it seems incredibly valuable and personal.
the thing that worries me is whether or not getting the blood would be considered a form of self harm, and would it possibly bring back urges to do so. I don't want to fall back on it, especially since it was incredibly difficult for me to stop. I was a teenager then and I'm an adult now, but even still it's not something that ever really does leave your mind.
I also used to do blood paintings. is this something an internal would appreciate as an offering? I've seen similar on this subreddit but would still appreciate any feedback on it.
