personally i think out of every monster in the mainline series none have been quite as forgotten about as vespoid queen.

najarala is remembered for its unique body plan and classification

malfestio has been remembered for its special gimmick

gigginox and kecha wecha are frequently requested for returns

and although great maccao hasn’t shown up in any monster hunter media for a long time its almost always on somebody’s wish list for returns.

however despite being in the series sense freedom unite the queen of agony is never mentioned anywhere even in list about the most forgotten monsters in the series

because of this it got me curious if there are any other mainline monsters that have been quite as forgotten about

in one of the promotions we see some cloudy whisps with mimic looking at it them which means that epic mimic is coming this event

like it almost feels illegal to have them switched like this…
