Hi everyone. So I have a question and I'm wondering what you would do in this situation. I have plaque psoriasis. I've had it for years now and will be starting a biological hopefully soon. I work in a doctor's office and wear scrubs everyday. I been wearing a long sleeve shirt under them but the weather is getting extremely hot here and the thought of wearing that make me cringe. I have P on my arms and it doesn't look great. I want to wear just my short sleeve top but im afraid of the looks and if my bosses will say something to me about it. They know I have it but as stated I cover up pretty well. Any suggestions would be great and very welcomed.

I'm dealing with sciatica pain and at times it's excruciating. I have a dr appointment but not for another month and I was wondering if anyone can suggest any pain relief they found helps. Any otc medication, exercises, anything to help get through the day. Nsaids help very little. Thank you
