Is it worth repairing?

Lately I’m hearing my Asus Vivobook fan make loud rattling noises randomly, and even though I’ve cleaned the fan it doesn’t solve the issue, making me think I should replace it. Looking at the battery it also seems to be in a sore state, probably due to the fan not doing its job for a longer period of time without me knowing… Aside from a less than ideal battery life and the fan noises (and the low storage space, but that’s a separate issue), I’m having no issues with the laptop. My question is if any expert can from an immediate glance at the insides and tell me if it’s even worth replacing these parts?

It’s a model E1404F, so it’s not a fancy piece of gear and only needs to help me with my studies, watching YouTube and the occasional gaming session (which it normally handles super well)

It’s not a non-option to buy a new one, but it would be a huge financial hit, and since the laptop has no other apparent issues than the fan, it feels like a waste to me. The laptop isn’t too old, only around 2 years, and if I could extend the lifetime for another 1 or 2 years, that would be a huge win
