Is it worth restoring? Style No.: 204-01
Update: got it home, paid $100. It’s a bit worn on corners. Overall good shape and will be a fun project. Will post a few photos of markings in comments.

Has anyone used the $150 half year credit for more than one event? I bought I single ticket for a show for $57, it appears I still have a $93 available credit but wanted to make sure before buying another show.
I'm prepping my house for sale and need to update the kitchen floors, I've already ripped out 3 layers in the kitchen, now it's time to find new floors. My Home Depot has the Sandy Shores MSI engineered floors on clearance for $2.08 a sq. ft. I was going to go with LVP, but this will be cheaper.
Anyone have any opinion on them. Are they a decent product? I need it to look nice for the sale, seems to have a 1.2 mm ware level. I haven't install floor like this before, but have done LVP and tile.
Thanks in advance for the help.
I posted about three weeks ago about how to get old mortar off the top of hardwood floors. Got some good tips, it was mastic and not mortar as someone commented. I used a sawzall scraper blade and it did quick work of the mastic.
So far I’ve used 80 grit sandpaper on an orbital sander. Still prep work to do.
Some commented that the floors were most likely ruined there from water damage since it was the entry. Yes, there is some water damage but the wood is not completely ruined. The worst is one board on the right side. I’ll match the stain on the existing floors. How bad will this looked stained as is? Should I cut out that one board and replace?
My thought is it’s the entry and if there is a dark area it’s going to be covered by an entry carpet.
Also, I’m doing this to prep the house for sale, not live in it forever.
Thanks in advance for you alls opinions.
I just moved into a rental home I’ve owned for a few years to get it ready to sell. It’s a dated 1961 ranch that needs some updates. The home definitely has some mid-century details, and I’m trying to bring that vibe out to appeal to buyers.
My first big cosmetic change was adding a mid-century-style feature wall in the living room. I used ChatGPT to help with the planning and color selection. There are about 75 slats on the wall. They are MDF 1x2s with a 1/2-inch spacing between them. The room has an 8-foot ceiling. The color is Behr Mountain Olive.
Total cost was under $500 for supplies. The TV cabinet came from Costco for $349. The wall sconces came from Amazon for $40 for the pair.
