Hello everyone! Can someone help and explain what could've possibly made my pets disappear? I took a long break from adopt me, this week I came back but my pets were gone, nothing was in my trading license too?, can someone help it's frustrating :(

Hello everyone! Can anyone give an explanation on what happened and what can I do? Cause I genuinely feel so sad and lost right now. I took a break from adopt me, around a year or so, then this week I started playing again. But somehow my pets(the good ones) were gone :(

Hello everyone! Can someone help me out and explain what happened to my inventory of pets, I took a long break from adopt me for school, but when i returned this week some of my pets were gone. Nothing in trade history, my account wasn't hacked or anything. I just feel sad because it took me a while to grind these pets and they just suddenly disappear and I want a clarification on what happened :(
