Had my green switch since it came out, and have loved it. Unthinkable happened when I powered on the other morning, and no heat would work. Even as it showed it cycling.
Well, the heating coil went out and within 5days of original email to them, Chase and the team had a new one on my desk. And even apologized they couldn’t replace it with a colored one like I had.

I had only reached out to find out what the error code it was flashing meant, and as always they went so far above and beyond required.

Just wanted to take time and make sure I shared because they deserve all the publicity they get for Customer Service.
