RCT1 Rendering PC Useless After Shutdown

Hello there sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but it seems the help mega thread is dead from 10 years ago? (maybe I am missing something) I am playing RCT1 on steam and if I try and alt+tab into a browser window on another monitor or when I save and quit my mouse no longer works. I have to tab through the windows menu to shut my computer down. Is this a resolution issue, a compatability issue or something else?

I was also going to look into setting up openRCT2 but haven't yet. I have it purchased on steam. If I set this up can I load/play the scenarios I have been working on in RCT1?

Uneven Door Seams

I have a 2019 f150. One day the left rear door slammed open really hard due to heavy wind. It seemed like it opened more than it normally would past the stop. If I am remembering correctly it made quite the nasty sound closing it and getting it back to normal. It now opens and closes normally but though it’s kinda hard to tell the front of the rear door is in further than the back of the front door. Not sure if something broke/bent or if there is something in the hinge that would need to be adjusted to realign. Any thoughts?
