M 60 + Since yesterday morning feeling tired and achy and nauseous and not much appetite , I'm not sure about the thermometer reading as I don't think it was a good reading. My mouth is dry. Not sure just hope to get a little advice, and I don't need any Drs now.

yesterday I started feeling sorta sick and feverish,and didn't sleep well last night. Also now have a dry mouth and tired and congestion and know I have a temperature but I don't believe the thermometer reading was accurate. I don't want to go to any Dr.
