Hi there - Meta keep restricting my business portfolios without any explanation as to why. Happened with a client's account I was managing. Meta support recommended I use a "friend's account" (so I used mine). Got restricted after 5 days of running ads too. Only explanation they give is that I'm using "automations" (I'm not).

One of their support agents candidly told me that this is the #1 support issue the SMB team gets. He's only seen 1 account get fixed and to just switch to Google/TikTok (!!).

Anyone here know of any solution to this? I just started a business and am new to Meta, so am on the bottom rung of the support (according to this customer service rep) and don't have any connections with people.
