Cheap ways to record from PS2

I have Ugreen capture card. It connects through PS2-HDMI converter. PS1-like quality lol. What capture cards or converters (idk) you can suggest? That card works fine on Xbox 360 (no pixels, good quality and sound), and PS3 (except sound, I think it's cause of HDMI Splitter but whatever). Should I buy Component to HDMI converter and try to connect to Ugreen? (Ugreen capture card doesn't have input for RCA/Component, only HDMI.

I’m convinced that every time I draw before playing video games, I focus better than if I draw after. It also helps not to scroll social media before doing something. I think that after a gaming session, my brain is overstimulated, and I can’t draw without thinking about other things.
