Need help with a ruling related to Cost Reducing abilities
Me and my roommate are having a disagreement related to Cost Reducing effects like [Stonybrook Banneret] and if they are either a Triggered or Activated ability that can be doubled with [Roaming Throne].
I interpret in rule 601.2e and rule 117 that mana reducers are in fact neither a triggered or activated ability.
Can anyone help with an answer as to whether or not cost reducers are activated/triggered abilities?
