Hello, I had a beam 2 + sub mini + one sl system for a while and was happy with it but was excited to get even more out of Sonos. I recently upgraded to arc ultra + sub mini + era 100 and I’m getting almost no sound from rears and nothing from sub. The arc itself sounds great but kind of disappointed with the rest of the setup. Anyone else experience this? Is this maybe a configuration issue? TruePlay didn’t seem to help.

Using PS5 + Sony Bravia TV. Sonos plugged into tvs ARC hdmi port (no eARC on this model)
