Im a saltwater fisherman
I was looking at the simms flats booties, I also do alot of wet wading in the summer at some shallow coves, anyone here use them?
Or have any recommendations other than sandals or crocs, I want something closed thst drains, I dont really tan so I would like to avoid sunburn polkadots
Just got a kayak and was looking for advice on a live line setup
Im normally a surf fisherman and with the exception of throwing the occasional eels i dont do much with live bait, usually just plugs
That said on a kayak where snagging bunker is a touch easier and I dont need to cast it any real distance im not sure what im looking for in a rod
I have a 6k live line reel but idk what weight rating and power rod I should be looking for,
Will mostly be used for bunker or eels, maybe the occasional shad if im in the ct river where I can keep them
Looking to stay around 200ish for the rod. Its a kayak I dont want anything im gonna hang myself if I loose it lol
