What is the minimum period of stop porn and fap that can make me experience a full sex and finish with my girlfriend unless

My friends I had lost my last streak 10 days ago, 2 days ago I started again all believe I can overcome this addiction .
The problem is I can’t finish when I have sex with my girlfriend unless I stop fap and porn at least 5 -7 days, I already had planning to have sex tomorrow (3 days with no fap or porn) I feel like I can do it actually I did not try to have sexual contact in in that specific period
I just have sex after 7-14 days without fap and it amazing.
And I have tried to have sex without stop fap or porn and it’s horrible experience and can’t finish
What is your opinion brothers is 3 days enough I feel like I can do it.

After 10 days strike I was fighting against my addiction, but i had experienced some negative emotions ( I just feel lonely and ignored by someone I really love and respect) that ended up with relapse.

29M , I had tried to quit porn so many times and fall , my record was 18 days , I am in relationship with a girl that I really love and care about, I really want to be better for myself and the girl I love .
The last day and today my P getting so hard and even get over my mind It’s like trying to take control from me
