Can someone confirm whether my coordination is wrong or it's just the way my voice is?

Something has been bugging me ever since the start of my journey. Whether it's the way I sing or how my voice appears, something tells me it isn't right. I did countless noises just to find a coordination that works. I came from singing super heavy with my chest voice and having a depressed larynx - which didn't do me good. Got stuck in falsetto singing and called it my mixed voice - which was terrible. The way I speak strains my voice, and I can lose my voice simply by talking all day. Then I found a way that the voice has to lighten to ascend rather than anchoring from a very heavy depressed coordination.

I provided a clip/karaoke below, and it's the way I sing almost each and every song. Do you find my coordination okay? I find my voice light and it's the very same reason that something feels off for me. I'm a tiny man too, so it's probably just how it is, though I want some confirmation. https://voca.ro/1zT5uIPOZTYi

What Register Am I Using Here?

Anyone can tell me what register do I use for my singing? The sensations I feel are in my chest, throat, front face and sometimes towards the top of my head.

Also, a bonus question, when listening to my singing for feedback, should I hear it from a proper headset/earphone or would any speaker do, like the phone ones? I noticed they don't quite sound the same at all.
