I hit the Culver steps early AM on weekdays, talking like 5:30 AM. For a few months now, maybe longer, the street parking along Jefferson is completely filled with cars. People are walking into the lot next to where the dry cleaning place was, I assumed they’re filming something, but anybody know what’s happening there?
