I ordered a Coconut Caramel Short Rib Bowl and Bang Bang Chicken Bowl. The sauces were missing. So there is absolutely nothing coconut caramel about my short rib bowl and nothing bang bang about my chicken bowl. I would nevere order or eat them without the sauce. And its not like you can just go to your fridge and use your own sauce. Uber Eats is refusing to refund or even give a discount because the sauces came at no price. Its like delivering a burger without a patty or a pasta without a sauce and then refusing to do anything about that. Am I being unreasonable?
