So I was recently permanently banned on Saturday due to “fraudulent activity” (which I’m appealing) and have current ongoing orders which I have sent out. I’ve had three orders delivered today which I sent out before I was wrongly banned. My Vinted app is showing I have two notifications on my iPhone Home Screen which I can’t see/access due to my account being limited to just my inbox and balance. When I click on my inbox no new messages are coming up with anyone I have interacted with through inbox and nothing new on my balance. I’m a bit confused as to what has happened? As I already know there is no way for me to contact with the people I have sold items to and I know they have received their items today I was wondering whether if they have tried to contact me. Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks!

So I recently set up a Vinted account at the start of this week. I have sold 7 items up until today all authentic and genuine with proof of authentication. I received a message today in my inbox stating that my account had been permanently banned due to one of my listings flagging up as “fraudulent activity” despite showing clearly the product is authentic via www.certilogo.com in which the QR code leads to when scanned (as seen in my photos). I have contacted their support team with this proof and also emailed legal@vinted.co.uk. I’m genuinely gutted as I pride myself on being genuine and honest in regard to my listings and have several orders shipped currently. Do I have a good chance at getting my account back?
