I've been on Wegovy since December and it's worked incredibly well for me, I've lost almost 25kg and am very near my target weight. I've just ordered what should be my last pen, however, I'm worried about coming off the jab safely given all the stories of people putting it all back on.

I have good knowledge of what I should and shouldn't be eating but my main concern is potential hormone changes going back to normal and generally being hungry all the time after not feeling that for 6 months. Should I be going down to 0.5mg or 0.25mg first just to ease back into an appetite or just go cold turkey? How did you guys keep the weight off successfully?
