Jamaica Recommendations

My boyfriend and I (mid 20s) are looking to book an all-inclusive vacation to Jamaica from November 14-21 and I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the options.
I’d like to stay in an affordable range around 3500 CAD each (travelling from Halifax, Canada)

What we're looking for:
Nice swimmable beach (this is a big priority)

All-inclusive

Good food

Good reputation/service

Fun atmosphere with activities and entertainment

Excursions available nearby

Not a huge party resort, but not boring either. Not looking for a spring break atmosphere but would love to have fun

Preferably not super kid-focused, although we're okay with some families

We'd love a younger crowd or couples atmosphere

So far I've been looking at Excellence Oyster Bay, Sandals Negril, Ocean Eden Bay, and Couples resorts, but I'm open to anything.
For those who have been to Jamaica recently, which resorts would you recommend and why? Are there any resorts you'd avoid?

Thanks!!!
