If you want to trade 0DTE for SP500, ND100 or similar...

What are the securities or contracts with more liquidity and tighter spreads? I love TLT, but when I try to trade XND or XSP options, liquidity is trash and spreads are bigger than my gape. I dislike options because they price in volatility then deflates, but I reckon that with high liquidity, prices are in check.

Tax or trading strategy aside, what's the best 0DTE or short-term DTE liquid asset or contract to trade?
