TTC after ectopic surgery

After only 3 months of trying, my husband and I found out we were expecting. Unfortunately, March 2025 I had my left fallopian tube removed due to an ectopic pregnancy. Since July 2025, we have been TTC full force. I had a HSG done in July and my right tube was completely clear. In September 2018, I had a dermoid ovarian cyst removed from my right ovary. This previous surgery correlates to what the Reproductive Endocrinologist said might be an issue. She is thinking my right tube and right ovary might be “slackers” which might be why we haven’t had success. Anyone else in a similar situation? Doc said IVF would be the only real option since she believes my right fallopian tube does not like to move.
